Instructions for Submission of Details
विवरण जमा करने हेतु निर्देश

• All students must submit their required details carefully for the preparation of the School ID Card.
• Fill all details in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
• Ensure correct spelling of Name, Father’s Name, Class, Full Address and Mobile Number.
• Submit one recent passport-size photograph in JPG format only.
• The photograph must be taken in proper school uniform with school tie.
• Photo background must be clear white and face clearly visible.
• Blurred, edited, selfie or casual photos will not be accepted.
• Submit details on or before 12-02-2026.

• सभी विद्यार्थियों को स्कूल पहचान पत्र हेतु अपनी जानकारी सावधानीपूर्वक जमा करनी होगी।
• सभी विवरण केवल बड़े अक्षरों (CAPITAL LETTERS) में भरें।
• नाम, पिता का नाम, कक्षा, पूरा पता एवं मोबाइल नंबर सही होना चाहिए।
• एक नवीन पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो केवल JPG फॉर्मेट में जमा करें।
• फोटो पूरी स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म एवं स्कूल टाई के साथ होनी चाहिए।
• फोटो का बैकग्राउंड साफ सफेद हो।
• धुंधली, एडिट की हुई या कैज़ुअल फोटो स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।
• 12-02-2026 तक विवरण अवश्य जमा करें।
